American Express Canada reached out to influencers in three major Canadian cities: Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto for their national program called InspiredBy. For their respective cities, influencers shared suggestions and asked their audiences to share places in the city that inspired them.
Crowd sourced responses from influencer social media channels were then captured. An interactive map was developed and launched on the American Express Canada Facebook page at the end of the campaign. The map contained influencer suggestions as well as the crowd sourced data collected.
Posts were made to both my Instagram and Twitter channels. Two Instagram posts generated almost 4,400 articles of engagement, including likes and comments.
